Project Summary
Blueprint Displays were brought in by Global Studios to build and install an exhibition stand for Chewton Wealth Management at the New Forest Country Show. Global Studios created the design, and our job was to turn it into a finished stand on site.
The client wanted a stand that felt different from the usual busy show space. The brief was to create a relaxed, welcoming area with comfortable seating, where the client’s team could sit down with visitors and hold proper meetings away from the noise of the show.
The Challenge
Outdoor agricultural shows bring their own set of problems. Unlike an indoor exhibition hall, the stand had to cope with uneven ground, changing weather and a busy showground with lots of vehicles and other exhibitors setting up at the same time. On top of that, the stand needed to feel calm and comfortable, more like a lounge than a sales stand. That meant every detail, from the layout to the finish, had to match Global Studios’ design closely so the client got exactly what they’d signed off.
Our Approach
We worked closely with Global Studios from the start, going through the design in detail so we knew exactly how every part of the stand would come together. Our project manager planned the build around the show’s setup times and site rules, so there were no surprises on the day. The build included:
- A relaxed seating area designed for informal chats and client meetings
- A modular frame structure, strong enough for an outdoor showground and quick to put up and take down
- Printed graphics to bring the client’s branding to life across the stand
- Full transport to and from the showground
- Installation before the show and breakdown once it closed
Working Environment
The showground was busy throughout the build, with exhibitors, contractors and vehicles moving around the site. Our team planned the setup carefully, kept in touch with the show organisers and worked to their schedule so the build ran smoothly. Being outdoors, we also made sure the stand was safe, level and secure, giving the client a space that was comfortable to use whatever the weather did.
The End Result
The finished stand gave the client exactly what they’d asked for – a calm, inviting space where they could take a break from the crowds and have real conversations with customers. It matched Global Studios’ design and was ready in plenty of time for opening day.
