Project Management

Blueprint Displays offer a comprehensive project management service who will liaise with you throughout every stage of the exhibition or event process. We are experienced at dealing with every possible situation and will get your stand built on-time and within budget. We will liaise with the exhibition or event organisers, arrange all services such as floor space, electrics and internet and will be your point of contact throughout the entire process. We will also contact you after your event to ensure everything went well and to discuss future event or exhibition requirements.

Furniture & Equipment

We stock a large selection of audio visual technology and contemporary furniture (bar stools, tables, chair, desks, bars, fridges etc) that are available for rental or purchase. Sourcing all furniture, accessories and equipment through us allows you a sole point of contact for your entire event or exhibition. The logistics and organisation required to bring all components together can prove extremely stressful so why not keep all this in one place and get us to handle everything for you.

Whatever style or size of stand you choose, our furniture and AV service allows you to dress your stand professionally.

Installation and Breakdown

We can deliver, install, de-rig, carefully pack up and return your display items as well as store them if required.

Prior to arriving on site our experienced team will have been involved in pre-design and build meetings and will build from a comprehensive set of drawings. We will arrive on site with all the necessary tools, equipment and supplies needed to construct the stand and will be on-hand throughout the build, liaising with the organisers and the exhibition venue before handing over the finished exhibition stand upon completion.
