Project Summary
Blueprint Displays were brought in to build and install an exhibition stand for John Pipe International at the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Show. The stand was designed by Digital Storm, and our team turned that design into a finished modular stand on site.
John Pipe International specialise in bespoke export packing and freight forwarding, and this was their first time exhibiting at the show. They wanted to make a strong first impression and stand out from the crowd from the moment the doors opened.
The Challenge
A first show is a big moment for any business. John Pipe International had a bold design concept in place, but they needed a team they could trust to build it properly, get it ready on time and look after it once the show was over.
The stand also needed to work beyond this one event. The client wanted something that looked impressive now but could be reused at future shows, giving them better value over time.
Our Approach
We worked closely with Digital Storm to make sure every part of the design came across exactly as planned. Using a modular system, we built a stand that was strong and practical while still having real visual impact.

- A modular stand structure that’s sturdy, flexible and reusable
- Eye-catching light boxes to draw visitors in
- High-impact printed graphics showing off the John Pipe International brand
- Full build and installation before the show opened
- Careful dismantling once the show closed

Working Environment
Trade show build days are busy, with lots of exhibitors setting up in the same hall against a fixed deadline. Our team planned the build carefully and worked to the show’s timings so everything was finished, checked and ready before visitors arrived. Because we took care of the build, breakdown and storage, the John Pipe International team didn’t need to worry about any of it. They could focus fully on meeting people and making the most of their first show.
The End Result
The stand got a brilliant response. It pulled visitors in, started plenty of conversations and helped John Pipe International show they’re a serious name in their industry at their very first show.
